"It takes a lot of knowledge and experience to tend to the fields,” he says. “Farming is changing rapidly too.” Angelo has accepted this challenge, aspiring to pass on his knowledge and dedication to his children, should they one day decide to carry on the farm. According to Angelo, farming is more than a profession - it's a calling.
